EDIT: We agree with your comment that Bridesmaids is not thought of as queer road movie, and want to suggest that Bridesmaids is less of an (unsuccessful) queer road movie, as we originally suggested, and more of a clear example of the Bechdel test, which we address in another response journal, as homosocial bonding for females is so often centered around men, as opposed to the women actually present and involved.
